Weight - 139.8 lbs (still in my normal fluctuation range)
Waist - 29 inches (same as last week)
Hip - 33 inches
Thigh - 19.75 inches
Bicep - 10.75 inches (same as last week)
This week and next, like I said, I will follow the actual T25 schedule. That involves two or three days of Total Body, which is my absolute least favorite. Ugh. I am hoping to get a few days of running in, too.
